Tyler Housley | Operations & Automation
Tyler Housley is the Operations & Automation Manager at Doc Builders, where he cultivates relationships across the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), real estate, and legal communities and oversees automation, business strategy, contract management, accounting, and QA/QC. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tyler spent nearly four years at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, growing from Business Development Coordinator to Business Development Manager. There he developed RFQ/RFP responses and qualifications in InDesign, managed proposal and CRM workflows, leverage AI to automate processes, and generated hundreds of client meetings through outbound outreach.
Alongside Doc Builders, Tyler serves as VP of Operations and Client Relations at Host The Bay, a 40+ property short-term rental management company, and works as a Bay Area Realtor with Preferred Financial Group. He architected Host The Bay's Airtable operational infrastructure, built automations for reservation tracking and maintenance workflows, and uses AI and automation tools to streamline day-to-day operations. That systems-minded, contract-aware approach shapes how Doc Builders helps AEC, real estate, and law firms build polished, compliant documentation and processes.
